We proudly kick-started our first Ripples batch on July 19, 2014, marking the beginning of a transformative learning journey. The batch achieved its first milestone, with learners mastering core database fundamentals, including data storage, retrieval, and data modeling concepts. While progressing through the Core Fundamentals phase, the students built a strong technical foundation. The subsequent milestones focused on middle-tier programming, web development, advanced frameworks, and cloud deployment. Our fourth workshop in 2016 marked another significant success in our journey of empowering graduates. The program proved highly impactful, with participants gaining clear insights into career planning and a deeper understanding of the IT industry landscape. Our fifth SMART-C workshop, conducted in collaboration with a premier institution in Chennai, was another remarkable success. 4. Sixth SMART-C Workshop (2016)

Our sixth SMART-C workshop in 2016 empowered Computer Science graduates with a clear understanding of software engineering beyond just technology. This exclusive workshop helped students align their capabilities with IT recruitment trends. Over 250+ students benefited from the program, with many placed in companies such as Polaris, TCS, Infosys, and CGI Corp.

5. Career Enablement Program at Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering

As the Skill Development Partner of Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering (DCE), we successfully delivered our Career Enablement Program to over 600 students. The program was designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by equipping students with a clear understanding of IT industry expectations, along with the skills and mindset required to exceed them. Through structured sessions, we empowered students to position themselves as strong candidates for opportunities in leading organizations.

6. Skill Development Program at Panimalar Engineering College

We conducted comprehensive IT industry−oriented skill development workshops and a Career Enablement Program for over 300 students at Panimalar Engineering College. The sessions focused on bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world application, enabling students to gain practical exposure to software engineering principles, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and data engineering skills, thereby preparing them for industry-ready roles.

7. Placement Readiness Program at 360 Ripples

Our Placement Readiness Program at 360 Ripples was a hands-on, multi-week training initiative conducted at our premises, designed to prepare fresh graduates for successful careers across Tier 1, 2, and 3 IT companies. The program focused on industry-relevant learning, where candidates were trained in widely adopted technologies along with select emerging tools, ensuring they were equipped to meet diverse organizational requirements and excel in competitive hiring processes.

8. Cross-Skilling Program for Associates of MGR Medical College

We delivered a focused cross-skilling program for associates of MGR Medical College, aimed at transitioning their expertise from PostgreSQL to MySQL. Conducted over five days, the program covered core MySQL concepts, programming aspects, and practical integration of MySQL within application tiers. Participants were also trained in data manipulation and introductory data mining techniques, with a strong emphasis on enabling immediate productivity in real-world scenarios.

9. Train and Hire Model for Graduates (2018)

As part of our Train and Hire initiative, we onboarded graduates who had not secured placements through campus drives and were actively seeking career opportunities. The candidates underwent an intensive 2.5-month training program focused on Spring Boot, equipping them with industry-relevant development skills. Upon successful completion, they were deployed as Spring Boot developers at BpmLinks, enabling a smooth transition from learning to real-world application.

Under our Hire & Train Model, we partnered with corporates to conduct on-campus placement drives, where selected candidates received offer letters directly from hiring organizations. Post-selection, the candidates underwent an intensive 2.5-month training program in full stack development, equipping them with practical, industry-ready skills. Upon completion, they were successfully deployed into their respective organizations, ensuring a seamless transition from selection to productive contribution.

11. Milestone Achievement: 120 Successful Placements in 12 Months (2018�2019)

We proudly achieved 120 successful placements within a span of 12 months during 2018�2019, marking a significant milestone in our journey. All placements were secured in development roles across leading organizations such as Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Bpm Links, Oasys Corp, and TCS. It was truly rewarding to witness our students not only securing placements but also earning multiple offers, driven by their strong technical expertise. Notably, several full stack engineering trainees received offers from multiple top companies including TCS, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra. We extended our heartfelt congratulations and wished them continued success in their professional journeys.

We delivered an end-to-end corporate training solution for Oasys Corp, successfully transforming 25 fresh graduates into industry-ready full stack engineers. Beyond technical upskilling, we conducted in-depth capability assessments and provided detailed profiling reports to managers, enabling effective deployment based on individual strengths and project complexity. This strategic approach significantly enhanced productivity and delivery excellence. Notably, we achieved a remarkable business outcome by reducing the time to productivity to under 50 days, demonstrating the effectiveness of our industry-aligned training model.

We launched LEAP 2.0, our in-house designed learning solution, aimed at driving digital transformation for our learners. Through this program, we successfully trained fresh graduates to become versatile digital engineers capable of working across both middle-tier components and responsive front-end development. Building on the success of LEAP 1.0�which enabled associates to deliver business impact within just two months�LEAP 2.0 was strategically designed to further accelerate outcomes, with a goal of achieving measurable business impact in under 30 days.

In the wake of the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, hiring across industries witnessed a significant slowdown. However, 2021 marked a turning point as we embraced innovation through our first virtual hiring initiative. We launched ElevateX 2022 as our first social impact initiative, taking a meaningful step towards empowering students who were first-generation graduates and aspiring to build careers in the IT industry. We embarked on an extensive talent outreach across 30 colleges, receiving an overwhelming response of 2,000+ registrations. Through a rigorous and structured selection process, over 1,000 candidates progressed further, followed by 40 technical group discussions that helped identify 80+ high-potential individuals. These shortlisted candidates advanced to a live hackathon�an intensive evaluation of problem-solving, adaptability, and execution under pressure. From this highly competitive process, 17 exceptional candidates were selected and offered opportunities, emerging as truly future-ready engineers.
